Notified seller, seller did not respond, Ebay closed out sale with refund. Then seller wants me to send video of non working item, kind of silly, won't really show anything, but I told him Ebay refunded. Guess he got into trouble and still requested item to be sent back, I told him matter is closed. He again requested I send back at his cost. I refused, I didn't want to drive to post office.
