    It was one of the worst deals I ever made on eBay, and I sent a defective product, saying it was new. The box was covered with scratching and dust, messy and dented. Plus, the knife had a large scratching. I sent a message detailing that with the photo, and the seller's answer was one word. I've never heard such a nonchalant and obnoxious response as, "What." Since then, the conversation has been terrible. I definitely don't recommend doing business with this seller. It was the worst experience

    Item was clearly new "open box" in the listing with pictures to explain this and the poor buyer still bought the item. The response of "what" was a reflection of confusion from the multiple long, poorly worded english paragraphs. Get better at being a buyer before criticizing or attempting to extort me for money back when you agreed to a deal and back out.
