  The product arrived on time. But when I viewed the product, its appearance was off. I contacted the seller about my concern. He assured me it was as advertised and also offered a refund. After a few days, the product’s appearance returned to a familiar state. It arrive on a day that was at or below freezing. So apparently the temp had caused some temporary reaction. I informed the seller and thanked him for great customer service. Product arrived in good condition and was a good value.
