    The BlackBerry 9860 I purchased was in perfect condition and arrived fairly quickly. I wasn’t expecting it to be brand new in box, but that was a welcome surprise! The only issue I have is with the item description. The description refers to it as a Torch 9850, while the product I received was a Torch 9860, not much difference though as the only differences are irrelevant after the 3G shutdown. The product title was also advertising free shipping, but actual shipping costs were around $13.
