  This lid was a replacement item for a vintage crockpot whose lid was very badly chipped.The written description with the inner and outer measurements were extremely helpful for online buying.Multiple (clear) photos also a plus.The package arrived quickly and it was obvious from the packing that the item was shipped with damage prevention in mind.The lid was lighter and not as heavy as the original (which is fine) and it fit perfectly.
