If we have the product in store we ship from here, but we also allow our customers to obtain the products directly from the supplier to allow you access to a greater variety of products and save on additional postage fee.

    This seller is so passionate and knowledgeable about art and craft. Upon completing a kit where the fabric in the kit was smaller than it was supposed to be, the seller was able to share multiple options and ways to make the final product still look fabulous. Even after I prematurely left negative feedback before allowing the seller time to respond, the seller was still understanding and did everything within their power to rectify the issue as best they could, even though it wasn’t their fault.
