    Tracking indicated my item had been delivered on Sept. 29, but it had not been delivered to me. For some unknown reason, the package was delivered to a PO Box several states away. I reported to the seller that I had not received my item (an inexpensive USB cable) and the seller generously volunteered to re-send the item. The second time it arrived quickly and was in new condition as advertised. I am happy with my purchase and appreciative of the seller's good customer service.

    Ordered item March 29 with delivery between 4/2-7. By March 29 still had not received it. USPS tracking said it was still being processed. Contacted seller and was immediately sent a second cord, which arrived in a timely manner. Cord was very good quality, but did not work for me. Keeping it since it was quite inexpensive. Would buy from this seller again. Thanks!
