I ordered a new in box Keurig K-Mini Plus, as per eBay description. I got the shipment quickly, 4 days before expected. However, it was Regular K-Mini, not Plus. The seller promptly responded about the wrong model sent and offered that I could return it or accept a partial refund and keep it. I felt it was a fair refund offer to keep and opted to do so. The refund posted to my account that day. An honorable seller that worked through what was likely human error with a fair outcome.

I gave this seller a neutral because of how fast the item came otherwise it would have been a negative. Here is the background. The seller provided a USPS tracking number for the shipment. The item came via FedEx. I continued to follow the tracking of the package thru the USPS. Something got delivered by the USPS but not to my address but to a delivery locker. I reported this to the USPS. They told me this is a scam. She knew I must have ordered the item from eBay. Avoid this seller.
