I incorrectly thought that I had purchased this part from a vehicle with an intact airbag. However, that can clearly be seen as inaccurate from the original pictures. The blow airbag explains the damage to the connectors that I found. The follow up communication was clear cut on solving my issues and making things right with me, even though I was in the wrong. Would definitely purchase from this seller again.
