    As advertised! After ordering the mattress was delivered quickly in a well-packaged cardboard box. Inside the box the mattress was still in the plastic wrapper and appeared to be brand new. I saw no obvious defects, according to the manufacturing date on the label it was about 1.5 years old but it appeared to be in mint condition. Best bang for the buck around, saved $1000 off the full retail price!

    Can't say enough about this entire experience. We fell in love with this mattress locally but it was more than double our budget at $4k. Accepted offer of $1,499, received message right away providing additional info. Next day I got a voicemail from the seller, followed by a text message. The communication was 10 Stars. He wanted to ensure we were selecting the correct mattress in the lineup and said we go back and try them again locally if we like. Free shipping was unexpected. Just great / A++
