Item was purchased 5/28. No shipping info provided after a week. Contacted the seller 5 times with zero response. Got eBay. So disappointing involved. No response. They are now issuing a refund a MONTH later. If you use this seller, beware! There’s a good chance you’ll never get your item. Never had an experience like this before on eBay.

I'm sorry you incurred this situation. I've been in the hospital and this is the first day I've had my phone and been able to message someone myself. This isn't how it typically works. I've been in the hospital and my husband has been home since January, 2024, military. I'm sorry I just don't have anyone to do anything for me. It's just me and my kids. We have no one but ourselves. If you have never felt this type of pressure then you wouldn't understand. We are struggling in every way imaginabl
