One of the coffee mugs I ordered arrived with a broken handle. Due diligence was taken in packing it fairly well with cushioning, but it nonetheless arrived broken.

We are sorry you had an item arrived broken. We would have never shipped a broken item. We do our best to package the items appropriately to prevent any damage. However, we have had many cases and issues with usps and ups and how they handle our items we ship through them. I would have been more than happy to have offered you a free return at no cost to you and would have given a full refund. I would have then filed a claim the the courier for damage to the items I shipped. We try our best.
