The item was new as described and was also cut by the seller free of charge, to my exact length requirement, and all the necessary brackets and screws were included. Thick plastic packaging ensured the rail was fully protected in the post. So they did everything they said they would do on their ebay seller page. Very pleased, thank you

A massive box for an item around 4" in diameter. The item itself is what I asked for although I'd debate whether it was a "new, unused part" as described as it seemed to be quite dirty and came without any other packaging materials. That said, it's exactly what I wanted and will do the job.

It was left in full view from the street with no attempt to place in a safe place.

I ordered the wrong size and was desperate to change it over as it was for a birthday party. They were really understanding and amazing. I asked if I could pick it up and swap it that same day, they waited for me until 21:30 to collect it and gave me a refund as my new one was smaller. I told them to keep it and they said no and refunded it. They saved the party and I couldnt of asked for anything better, so grateful to them
