Ordered on Monday & received on Wed. The coffee maker appeared to be brand new (open box) as the seller had advertised. Registered it with GE. Ran water through the machine & everything seems great. tomorrow I will hopefully have my coffee brewed & waiting for me in the insulated carafe at 5:30😊

By the time I received an email, I had already shipped the item back. I was not happy in general about the Bissell. I tried very hard to have success but wasn't pleased. I am very sorry, but I was pleased with the seller.
