    Package arrived three days early in good condition, and the Box was Dealed. It was well packaged in two USPS Bubble Wrapped Envelopes. Date was correct, 5/2017 and unopened and unused. I have a HP Photosmart 1215, so getting the newest HP Ink is very important. I installed the Cartridge and after my Printer works like new. Price was the best I could find. Most Sellers don't put the date of their Ink, so I do not buy from them.

    Although not the fault of seller, shipping took a long time. When inquiring with seller about ship status, they were responsive and helpful. Items are exactly as described and a great value. Being new to tufting, the items included are appreciated. Haven't tried item yet but eager to use soon!

    I had an issue with the item not being functional. I contacted the seller who got back to me right away and advised me to create a shipping label which was free to ship the item back and they would refund my money. I ship the item back and had my refund in my account today. Thank you for taking care of the issues that I had with this item purchase. Very responsible seller.
