  This item was defective upon receiving it. We are in the process of attempting to return the item and we are told we have to pay to ship the item back. Shipping the item back will cost around $170 (half the cost of the actual product). It was advertised as new and it is not (likely "refurbished", which is not what we want). We would like a full refund and however Ebay can help achieve this it would be greatly appreciated.

  Hello. We have never sold second-hand products. You only sent a partial picture claiming that the product was second-hand. We need you to provide more picture information for us to confirm whether the product belongs to us.Please provide more information. If it's really a problem with our product. We can bear the cost of returns But it is limited to ordinary economic transportation only. The express delivery fees you provided, such as DHl, are extremely expensive and beyond our affordability
