  The quality is very poor, the condition is poor, the price is very high for what it is, and the appearance is not bad. I received the wrong item, and the seller only refunded me 40%. In addition, they were slow to respond to messages. They first denied that it was the wrong item and then admitted that the item description did not match reality.   Can't say if they were good or not. I ordered them.in June. They sent me sandpaper. I contacted the seller. They said they wer out but should be back in stock in about ten days. Still never received. Contacted seller again about 4 weeks later. Was told they were sorry and would expedite my order. It came today. Again it wasnt the down stems. This time they sent me an ash catcher. I'm just going to order my down stems from somewhere else after about 6 weeks of trying to get them from this seller
