  The plates are perfect, in brand new condition and look as though they have never been used. She refunded some of the shipping as the cost was lower than she had originally listed, and I would have known but she wrote a thank you note and put it inside the box and sent an email explaining the refund, so she is very honest business lady. Everything was individually wrapped and well packed and was shipped very promptly. It's a pleasure to do do business with her. Great job!
