  The Kobalt Battery and Charger were in perfect/new condition (as an open box). The company’s product shown online was exactly what I received. It was as expected and in perfect working order. It was shipped in a very timely manner. From the moment it was packed and shipped at the warehouse, it was then delivered to my house within 3 days. It was packed w/triple wrapped for protection during the shipping process. The value was excellent. The same battery + charger cost was approx $70 cheaper.

  I had a great experience purchasing these outdoor lights. They’re an excellent new condition as described the quality of materials as high and the price was great.   Shipping was supposed to be free, but ended up costing me $39.00 for two items that USPS said was shipped incorrectly & to make even worse was one of chain hoist was advertised as a 30’ of lift but actually ended up being 20’, seller refused to cover the shipping blaming screw up on USPS 🤔(not likely) & seller didn’t acknowledge the mistake on lifting height, I sent pics of extra shipping receipt but seller denied it,,, horrible seller
