Delivery date was good ,on time. Fair pricing. However, the shipping boxes the Poland Springs water was sent in were of poor quality. Some of my bottles were leaking. The boxes were too thin. They need to ship in thicker,heavier boxes. I brought this to the attention of the seller, before I wrote this feedback. I received a response from them. They are aware of this problem. I hope they fix this problem!! I will say, they were responsive,and seemed concerned.
