    Seller informed me that there was a "defect" while packing, and offered me a full refund. Also gave me option 2, to send me a replacement together with a partial refund on the original. Replacement is a Buddha shrine of a different type, but as I have others, I accepted. It arrived well packaged, as described, and once dispatched, very quickly shipped, and delivered by Fedex!
