  Seller fixed their mistake and gave a full refund after sending only the mummy and not the casket that was listed as included and shown in pictures. They responded to my messages promptly and were courteous through the entire transaction. Mistakes happen and it is nice when a seller is decent and fixes them. A+ for that.

  This item was described as "The Lord Of The Rings Sauron Dark Lord Action Figure 20cm W/ BOX" and "...and come in a boxed package, this original and licensed reproduction is a collector's item." The figure arrived within a mass of plastic - the product box was smashed flat in order to fit within the shipping package. The seller also described this as a licensed product, but it appears instead to be a knock-off of the WETA release. This is without a doubt my worst experience shopping on eBay.

  Lots of miscommunication with both shipping time and item description. Item also arrived damaged. Transaction didn't go as smoothly as expected unfortunately. Although seller issued a 50% refund, the whole ordeal was a huge inconvenience. I'm aware mistakes happen, but we learn and as sellers we thrive to be better. Best of luck on the rest of your sales.   When a item is listed as NEW I was expecting brand new. This item was NOT in new condition. First of all, it took about a week to ship which didn't really bother me. What disappointed me was I was excited to find this item CHEAP but it felt unusual. When I received it today, all pieces are there from what I can tell but there was no original packaging...no original box, it has the back piece and was open. Only had the back piece of the box....

  My Miku arrived and had fallen apart. I probably wouldn’t recommend this Miku based on mine (although it could be a one-off problem, maybe the other ones will be just fine), but the seller responded very quickly to the eBay returns request, made it right, and then sent a message apologizing for the problem so I’m left feeling content with the transaction. They have excellent customer service.
