  I have been reasonable with this vendor. regrettably, i have nothing good or glowing to report. the vendor has delivered a product that does not resemble the listing in any way. Clearly the error is all the actions of themselves and representatives. i was offerred a "token" refund of $5.00 for a purchase in excess of $50. The vendor sent a gut wrenching story.   This strand looks just like the photos but I don't think you can realize the value without seeing them. The pearls are large and look very much like the photo only better. I said it in another review but this seller answered all my questions and changed lengths for me on several items. I cannot wait to find something new.
