  I want to say the seller sent this on time, and was great about that but USPS, Messed up the tracking on this tremendously. I would never go through them again on shipping. They literally sent it back twice and I ordered this July 4th it didn't get to me until 2 days ago. If I could give the shipping company themselves a zero star I would.

  Preworkout powder arrived on time, as described, and well packaged. Note to seller, mine arrived all clumpy inside which from what I have read online, is a common issue with this preworkout, nothing to do with you. You may want to make a note of that in the listings; there's some ingredient(s) in here that cause this, apparently; the clumps still dissolved in water you just really need to shake the blender bottle!
