  Ordered 35 of these coolers and requested that they be shipped in a box. I left a buyers note that I would refuse delivery if they came damaged. They came individually, wrapped in plastic only. 21 of them were damaged. I returned to seller and have been waiting almost two weeks for a refund on the 21 damaged coolers.
