Item was just as described. Very well packed. USPS put in wrong address, seller almost immediately responded to my message about it. From how USPS said on tracking, made it seem as though it was addressed incorrectly. Seller sent me photo of the package and confirmed that it was USPS mistake and not his, and then stayed in contact to make sure I got the item and that he didn't need to do anything to facilitate my receiving it. Above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

Exactly as described, shipped fast and would definitely buy from this seller again. I do wish there were less packaging, seems redundant to put a box around a USPS priority mail envelope — I would personally prefer to skip the box. But that is just my personal nitpick!

We hear you! We try to use as little packaging as possible out of concern for the environment, but we have found that carriers can really beat up your packages, so our top priority is getting you your items safely. We DO save CLEAN packaging materials like bubble wrap and packing peanuts for reuse. Thank you again for shopping VSSoutlet!

Excellent transaction. This seller is highly recommended. Items that were purchased were sold as for parts and nonfunctional yet the seller took great care to pack them very well as to prevent rough shipping damage. I cannot speak highly enough of this and it speaks volumes of the seller. If they will pack old scrap items this well, they will for sure take care of more pristine items.
