    The title and description of this item were very misleading. They are selling VPN software, not Raspberry Pi computers, but their title says "Raspberry Pi and free VPN service". After I placed the order, they contacted me and said they were going to send the VPN software for $14 and no Raspberry Pi. I wanted the Pi and had no use for the VPN software, so they cancelled the order.

    Different buyers view this differently. Look at the the positive review from the other buyers on this same item and same situation "Very honest seller.     BAIT AND SWITCH! The description looked like you are getting hardware: i.e. specs, photos, and a description. (A used Raspberry Pie in a case) The seller contacted me and said I was only purchasing software. That is not playing nice. Obviously I canceled the useless VPN software. Be very careful here...

    This old giant baby brain is under false hope that when he chose the software option and saw the hardware picture, then seller has to ship a hardware, otherwise he would leave negative feedback. The software is made for this hardware specification. Showing hardware pictures is perfectly reasonable. Seller always confirms with and reminds buyers whether they ordered the right item. If buyer ordered by mistake, he always gets full refund.There’s no such thing as this buyer claims “bait and switch”
