  I paid for a high end CPU listed as new but received an open box unit. Since it s for a render farm I wasn t too happy but engaged with the seller who was super responsive and offered a refund if I wanted (I waited nearly a month for it to arrive & had already paid import duties so declined). The seller offered adjusted pricing for an open box unit. Mistakes happen, and overall despite not getting exactly what I ordered, I m happy with the seller and would highly recommend them as dependable.
