  AVOID! Seller has listing as "NEW" and sent a bad item. When contacted, stated they aren't in CA right now. Duh, after seeing vendor info, they're in CHINA using a warehouse in CA! Don't be fooled by the US Flag logo. This is why the vendor couldn't send me a NEW item. Lists "new," sends used parts, came up with excuses as to why they can't send a NEW item, hoping you'll accept, said couldn't generate a return label, tried to resolve outside of eBay. Contacted eBay and eBay issued a full refund.

  Are you kidding, man? You used a special address to prevent me from purchasing the return label and then contacted eBay. eBay refunded the money, but you didn't return the item to me.
