    Hello Ma'am, As i can check you were previously informed that your location is at no service zone for our shipping partners and it was clearly communicated that it will take 35 days for your shipment to get delivered and you agreed for it. And as I can check your shipment has already been delivered on time.

    Package came ripped and torn, seller will not take a return or refund the cost of the totally useless product even if it was within the 30 days. Waste of time and money

    The buyer has used the product for 30 days and has damaged it and came back to us for a refund. If the package was torn or ripped it should be informed to us within 7 days of delivery and not after 30 days.
