    Very responsive. Fair price. Good work on the chain waxing (definitely didn't hold back on the amount). The packaging could use improvement. Mine was shipped in bubble wrap only. These will get stepped on & crushed by large packages they are shipped with which could lead to a bent chain and damage the rest of your groupset. Good news is, the seller understood my concerns and will begin boxing these going forward. (I've made this mistake myself shipping disc brakes in bubble before).

    Fantastic communication, prompt shipping, and a really quality product at a great price. It's getting very difficult to find 10s chains that are prepped and prewaxed like this, as most major players are only selling 11s and up nowadays. Ordering these is a huge time saver for those still running older drivetrains but appreciate the benefits of wax, but who also don't really want (or have time) to mess with chemicals, stripping, etc. Highly recommended, will be back for more.
