    Good communication by seller, knew that seller was out when item was ordered then item was shipped promptly on sellers return. Stress-free purchase. Item was just as expected and just as described. Worked perfectly. Item was bought to replace a much loved ornament that has been on our tree since 2010 that stopped working which made my, now adult, children sad. Once I received this ornament, I was removing the broken one from the tree and it started working so now i have this as a backup. :-)

    Although Seller was nice and communicative in the beginning he went silent once I started describing issues I found with his figure. First the helmet was coming off and even came off when unpacking, then the communicator won’t close fully although it was described as working perfectly. I messaged him immediately and got no response until I double texted him 4 days later, and it happened again. In the end the seller did not give me a solution. He is respectful but not responsible.
