I have contacted the seller two times with no resolution On may 2nd I ordered a jade scrub pants size small. On May 8thI received size XL. I contacted the seller and on May 9th I received a form letter. I againcontacted the seller and on May 14th recived another form letter. I would now like a refund. I ordered two $170 easels, and immediately after ordering, I discovered that I had ordered the small instead of the large. I wrote to request a cancellation so I could reorder the right size. I got a message several days later that they can't guarantee that they can change it.
Please, please save yourself the the nightmare of doing business with a seller that cant be bothered with communication with their customers.
