Item double-boxed, arrived more than week w/1 major issue: Outer box GR8 shape, inner box had 4"x2" hole through, notable 4" bash into top side BBQ smoker. B-cuz US Army helper had GR8 tools/tech/experience, we're able to save the smoker @combined 1 Hr.+ of bending back into shape (wasn't disclosed @item listing)- kept after much deliberation. It look very good the only thing g I was expecting the teal color that was on the displayed and not the green. I was giving a one piece to some one that needed the teal color. Other than take everything is ok. The service was very professional fast and efficient. I would recommend . Respond was very accurate.
