  4/5* Was sent the wrong item (dog treats instead of a Likit horse toy). Contacted the sellers and they responded the next day letting me know they had made a mistake and were re-sending the correct item. Took an extra 3 days but I did eventually get what I ordered and I am happy with it. Sellers were very helpful and sorted the issue out quickly. Would have rated 5* had the mix up not happened. Everything else was positive and I would buy from them again.

  Item fine, as described. But I am astonished at the packaging ! These are hairnets which would fit in an envelope but they arrived in a 13 x 7 inch box with an insert ! This is a l ludicrous waste of packaging and resources and would make me think twice about ordering from this company again. Sent very quickly.
