  The Department 56 house was misrepresented in pictures. Its parts were glued on to the house and glue was slopped all over the house. Top sign came off in shipping and underneath the sign the glue was still wet. This piece is a mess. Seller accused me of fraud and stated I was just trying to a refund. Do not trust this seller. The picture in the listing is not the house I received. Some of the pieces to the house were not glued in the correct area. They were glued on backward facing the rear.
