    Disappointing & a true waste of customer time! Six days after the payment was completed, the seller had yet to ship the item. Several emails were sent in order to determine why the shipment was not taking place (contrary to their promise that it would) & despite my efforts, the delays continued. Negative feedback would have been appropriate under the circumstances...however & further to my request, the seller was quick to provide a full refund & cancel the transaction.

    The buyer placed an order on December 21, during a holiday weekend when postal services were closed. Despite my listing clearly stating a 3-business-day handling time, they complained about delays, ignoring the holiday schedule. When informed about temporary shipping restrictions due to Canadian postal strikes, they accused me of providing false information. At their request, I promptly canceled the order and issued a full refund. Unfortunately, the interaction was difficult and unproductive.

    To clarify the sellers' incorrect claim...the Canada Post strike ended on December 17th & I completed this purchase on the 21st. She simply tried to use this as an excuse to somehow justify her shipping delay/excuses. I placed orders with 5 alternative sellers the same day & she was the ONLY one that did not ship prior to Christmas! She then asked me to revise my review & I will NOT, as buyers have a right to understand when sellers are evasive. She wasted my time & left me with NO bracelet!
