Purchased LV replacement strap. It was DAMAGED when I received it. Seller responded after a few emails (I sent photos) and told me how to "clean" the damaged strap. After more emails, Seller said they would ship me a new strap "free" and was clear that they did not want me to return the damaged strap (which I offered to return several times). Seller didn't respond to follow-up emails asking for tracking. Never received new, undamaged strap. Others sell same items, go to them. BUYER BEWARE!
