  Completely as described, very pretty. The swan was extremely well packed. The shipping took a day later than expected but totally not the sellers fault. It was put in the mail to me the very day of purchase. The seller worked with me a bit on the price so I feel the value was good.   What a fun and whimsical warmer. This arrived safely and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the item. It was exactly as described and pictured and also packaged securely so in excellent condition when unboxing. I'm obviously very happy with my order.
