I only needed it to replace the tach on my 97 GSXR1100W and the tach does work...I hooked it up to my wiring. Unfortunately, the redline of 13,500 on the gauge face is for a 600 or 750 and not 11,500 for an 1100. I contacted the seller and he refunded it telling me to keep it which seems unfair for him. It turns out he pulled it from a basket case 1100 project so possibly someone was 7/11-ing it. VERY HONORABLE SELLER.

And by the way USPS is beating fedex and UPS hands down on the timeliness of delivery though I do know they cost more. Seller made his own perfectly sized box and internal bracing to hold part in place. Wrapped very well in shipping wrap and taped wonderfully. 4 thumbs way way up!!
