Due to shipping problems (not at all the fault of the seller) they replied to my messages immediately and ended up sending the item 3 times with no hesitation before I finally received it on the 3rd shipment.The item was perfect, just as described !   This item was delivered promptly. Unfortunately it did not work. Contacted the seller who responded immediately and provided a solution to the problem. Item works great and the customer service was great. I recommend this tiller, although you might need a little mechanical smarts to assemble.

  The quality and condition of the product was terrible. That being said, the seller was fantastic with regard to customer service and worked with me to resolve the issues with the purchase quickly. While I cannot recommend the product the seller was very responsive and helpful.
