  This transaction was handled very well by the seller. The item was damaged in shipment without fault to the seller or to myself, and the seller was very accommodating to solving the problem, by quickly refunding my payment and working with the Post Office to reclaim the damages. Although disappointing to receive my order as damaged, it was not a problem to start over and find a replacement elsewhere as the buyer. I wish all the sellers out there were as polite and attentive as this person.

  Very nice look new works great the seller packed the printer with care it was just like he described the price was reasonable shipping was fine compared to others sellers will do bus again with him I had an Hp printer with fax and it stopped working so I found this one it is just like the one I had that stopped work just a different model number and it use the same ink so that was why I bought this one. Love it Thanks
