Mistakes happen, that's why there are erasers on the end of pencils. Perhaps the seller was using a drop-shipper, and had no control over inventory. Whatever caused the error, this seller was very good to take care of me by notifying me in advance and refunding me quickly. And that is GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE :)
