    I had a small issue with one of the parts that could’ve been resolved. The owner gave me a full refund. How often do you come across a good business person like this? I can not highly recommend somebody like this. I am just touched by how somebody will stand up for their product. I highly recommend this company for anything if all eBay sellers had 1/2 of dignity and the product that he sells eBay would be such a great place because of him I cannot highly recommend this company enough

    We purchased this part and it was defective. The seller did not believe us, even though we own a marine business and had three mechanics look at the part to confirm it was defective. The seller is resisting returning the part and we will likely have to escalate to eBay for help. Very frustrating.

    We upload the return label and cover the return shipping costs within three days of opening your return. We refunded you immediately after receiving the return. However, you sent the product without even putting it back together and restoring it to the form it was in to begin with before sending it back....
