    This was such an adorable little plate! Unfortunately it arrived broken even though it was packed well. It was exactly as pictured, minus the break. It's obvious it was of no fault of the seller. It came so fast too. I reached out to the seller and was refunded immediately. Would definitely do business with them again..... especially if they come up with another one of these plates! Thank you for trying. Was totally the fault of the USPS!

    Item was shipped right away. Unfortunately the pottery piece arrived with the handle broken. Notified the seller and within minutes was sent the full refund. Amazing and kind seller. I’ve saved the shop! I’d be thrilled to do business with them again. It was an unfortunate accident during shipping but still got perfect resolution. Thank you and we will have better luck next time.
