  The items were damaged when they arrived. The shipping box was perfect so the items were damaged before they were sent. We returned the items and while en route back to the seller they accused us of switching their items out with damaged items. Informed us they would not be accepting the return. Only after we pointed out in pictures that they provided before shipping that the items were damaged in the exact same spots did they return our $$. No (-) or neutral fb but it deserves mentioning.
