    I purchased this keyboard and the seller shipped it right away & I received it very quickly. Lo and behold to my great disappointment, once I opened the package, it was not what was listed. I reached out to the seller and he quickly replied. I explained & sent a few pics to prove the issue. The seller immediately apologized for the mixup & refunded me immediately. Unfortunately the item was damaged and I had to return it and the seller responded to me immediately and asked me to start the refund process which I did. After doing so I received a complete refund.     Was an open box item, seems new not used. Great quality, made well, lightweight and really has great suction power. Fedex did a horrible job handling it. The box was beat up luckily the product isn’t damaged. Seller described well and was very prompt communicating and shipping. I’d buy from him again
