The seller offered a 15% discount to resolve the issue,which I found insulting. When I requested a refund, the seller stated that because I had cut the fabric—even though I returned the entire item—they would only issue a 50% refund. Had I known it was a cotton and linen blend, I wouldn’t have wasted my time and effort ordering it
