He personally inspected the box to make sure everything needed was in the box. He would also answer any of my questions very speedily. I was and am very impressed with this seller.     Item took 10 days to arrive, due to the USPS not this seller, but the seller's communication was excellent throughout the process of figuring out what the USPS was doing. I purchased this filter intake for about 50% of retail, was listed as used, but was well packaged and very much a new item. I had to adjust/modify 2 little latching tabs on the hinged door to make it usable but that was a trivial task and it works just like new.
