  This customer failed to read the estimated delivery date when purchasing this item. All of my items are typically delivered within 14 days and sometimes, depending on location of customer, customs holds items for no apparent reason and are slow to release item. This customer issued negative feedback almost 2 weeks before the estimated delivery date and has now received their item. I ALWAYS work with customers and take the loss on my end to achieve positive feedback. This was not deserved!!

  Lovely solid lighters, I have one myself and have bought these two as gifts. The quality is consistent and outstanding, heirloom quality cases. Easily outclass zippo. Seller was great, Ebay tracking didn't work but seller provided external tracking that did. Dispatched quickly and a great price.
